CELEBRATING 72 YEARS OF MINISTRY WITH OUR ANNUAL PARTNERS BANQUET!

This year, we are celebrating 72 years of ministry…72 years of serving the Tampa Bay Community! I am grateful and excited to report that the vision of the Lighthouse Gospel Mission, which started in 1952 with our founder, Reverend J.A. Lennard, is still going stronger than ever. We are seeing men and women from all over the United States come and be set free through a relationship with Jesus and being discipled in the Word of God. It’s amazing to hear their stories of victory and freedom amidst the circumstances of addiction, bondage, and brokenness that led them to the Lighthouse. 

Our mission is not only to see people saved, set free and delivered; we want to see people fulfill the call and destiny that the Lord has for their lives. This process takes time, and we are willing to stick with the men and women of the Faith Home until they arrive at that destination. The Lord has given us a great understanding of His purpose and plan for the individuals He sends to us. 

We are so grateful for our friends and partners who give into the ministry each year. This helps us to continue seeing lives transformed by the power of Jesus Christ. We are living in a time where people need hope, and at the Lighthouse, we are restoring hope to people who come to us in a state of hopelessness. We believe the hope of Jesus Christ is contagious, that the individuals who come to the ministry will take the hope that was given to them, and spread it beyond the Lighthouse to their friends, families, and communities.
